ABROAD...again


Well, I am living abroad...yet again. After Singapore, Spain, Turkey, Korea the Netherlands (and returning to Spain for a Masters) I've unpacked my backpack a little closer to home in Mexico. I live in Culiacan where I am trying my hand at teaching English to University and high school students. Below you'll find random updates as I go to festivals, explore my city or just feel like sharing a random story.

I'm so intrigued that you cut meat with scissors...I imagine it does cut down on the number of stabbings by enraged diners, but still...

Haha we cut our meat with scissors sometimes. It's so much more efficient than a knife!

The food you post looks soooo good. I had Korean BBQ the other day but I'm sure it's nothing compared to eating Korean BBQ in KOREA.

...damn those Korean's! They always outsmart us! With their scissors and superior BBQ skillz...one day! ONE day!

You like eggs. Learn to make omlets. Very versatle food and you can add anything to them. No oven and no blendar! Viola! A meal in a pan! Besos Mom
